Update to Patrons (Patreon)

Today I was contacted by Patreon staff saying my monthly raffles break Terms Of Service, unfortunately this means I will have to revamp my page/reward tiers to no longer have a raffle element. 

With this becoming a thing, I may open up a single commission tier as that would be all I would have time for in my situation but even that is not a promise. 

If anybody has suggestions in how I can make my higher tier patrons more compensated for the donations I would appreciate it.
