Lots of action, and it's a longer chapter just out of necessity. This chapter would really feel halved if I ended it here, and I want to get the plot progressed to a different point.

Man, it's super fun to write, and I just want to pose what I have. However, I've learned that being disciplined with these chapters is important. They're some of the biggest selling points of the story, so I want to nail them.

Have a good day guys, and it'll probably be done tommorrow.

Really glad that you are enjoying writing again. Because I, definitely, enjoy your writing.

Glad to hear it. The past few chapters have been a little ephemeral in their presentation, and it feels as if there was a lot more there you could've gone into that you (thankfully) didn't, Gotta budget everything: action, verbiage, etc. Would it feel better as a workflow to assume/target every-other-day? When my workflow slips and I find myself apologizing too often about how much I'm getting done, I'm never actually falling behind, but I am making myself feel that way by setting expectations I can't reliably fulfill. Food for thought.

Bigger chapter deserves longer wait 🥰

But posts don't equal output. I could pump out four 500 word chapters a day if I wanted too, but my output would be the same. The quality would suffer since that would be splintering chapters a ton, ruining their flow. I consider it in word count instead, and I average like 2,000-3,000 words a day while I'm working. Voicing that kind of expectation might be a good idea.
