My method of dieting is oriented around efficiency. I use caloric analysis, primarily the calories per dollar and the protein per dollar ratios for guiding my dietary choices. Gravitating towards milk and eggs is a result of that as well.

I quite like gravitytales from a content and design perspective, however something about either their site or the adverts they embed kills any browser I use (Chrome is notably better than Edge but that could just be different ads that get served per browser). It crashes iOS safari pages periodically without using adblocking. I can only use the site with reader view or adblockers; a shame as it impacts their support revenue. If you have any ability to assert influence over the site it would be worth asking them for basic client performance tests so they don't kill client browsers.

Don´ t worry too much about the formatting. Its more than fine! It is good if it is not always the same formatting, because that could get boring. Also, as a reader, I liked it as I read it! Invest in the story. As it is it is perfectly entertaining! Maybe talk with <a href="http://www.wuxiaworld.com/" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">http://www.wuxiaworld.com/</a> . I don´´ t like some things about gravitytales. Like the censorship of swearing. If the writer wants it, let the writer write it

You should read Star Force from Aer Ki Jyr since you like fitness stuff and such. It is a great story about talking robotic dinosaurs and fitness :D :D ... sounds stupid but it is an awesome story. There is about 120 books already :D :D

Since you're interested in diets, do you know anything/have an opinion about Soylent? It's not the most money efficient but considering how healthy/balanced it is and how much time it saves I think it's a solid replacement for some meals (or for when you wouldn't eat otherwise).

Star Force feels light on the character progression and more of sequence of events to me. I liked the way it was going with the first part of training, but I'm on book 27 now and the characters haven't really progressed (as a person?) since book 1. It is hard to describe in a couple of sentences.

I skipped your schedule post first but read it today. Come on don't stress about the money or the support everyone here is for the great story you have been writing. We are like 30 chapters in front of RR if someone is bitching is because they want this story more. Take it cool enjoy Christmas if patreon becomes stress rather than enjoyment for you I am afraid quality will drop or you become really stressed about writing. The money I give is to support you and motivate you not to stress and make things worrisome for you.This story is awesome and I want it to become long journey with epic and good finish. It's cool what you are doing. Just remember that you cannot make everyone happy. Honestly I feel Daniel's lake of humanity at times is acceptible. The reader does not need to know everything at any given moment. The explanation could simply be that it is a side effect of Shema artificially modifying people.

Soylent is alright, but it has quite a few problems. 1. Tastes terrible. 2. Creates tons of rancid, destructive farting. 3. Is thick and bland. 4. Is pretty expensive on a day to day basis compared with milk and normal foods.
