PAINTED LADY XXVIII. LAUREN (Patreon)

The lovely Lauren Andrews shot with Jeff Bloedorn's insane Panhead trike he built for Born Free last year! 

Shot in a park in San Dimas, CA... we found this beautiful pond with neon green moss floating on the surface. Located next to an empty parking lot. A couple security guards drove through slowly but gave us a nod and smile. Shooting usually takes me about an hour-hour and a half. Sometimes the locations are sketchy and I have to work fast others I have all the time in the world to take in the scene. 

It takes about an hour for makeup and about 2-3 hours of body paint. Planing the wardrobe, everyones schedules, weather, time management (especially when your chasing sunlight in the winter), it's really a fulfilling when its all in front of my lenses. All the pieces of the puzzle come together for some magical photos. It's always worth the work because I know that my photographs will be a piece of history for our generation.
