Player Fears/Phobias: Poll #4 (Patreon)

I am currently remaking the character creation design. Should our characters have fears/phobias as part of their personality? These can be removed and/or mitigated over time as you progress. However, once you overcome your fears, it'll turn into a stronger positive personality that is permanent!
Or, do you prefer only positive personality traits that can be aquired through progression and during character creation?
Some examples might include:
- Scared of the dark: Happiness reduces faster when in the dark
- Punctuality: Performance will be reduced if you are late to work
- Vegetarian (not negative personality but has potentially negative effects): Bonus for eating vegetarian meals, but penalties for eating meat based dishes.
