Beat the Heat (Patreon)

It's important to keep active, especially for a big girl like Susan, so she decided to go for a jog on the board walk. Unfortunately she didn't check the weather forecast and didn't know how hot it was going to be today and wound up having to take a break and try (desperately) to cool herself down.

Hoooo BOY this was both a fun yet arduous one for me. I initially drew out the sketch as a bit of practice in drawing in perspective, but ended up liking it so much that I decided to turn it into a full on painting, which ended up being an all day assignment. I'm really happy with how it came out and may try to do another painting of this caliber in the near future.
