I feel like drag race is pushing out seasons too fast and then there is a large gap inbetween... like I feel bad for the queens filming up to a year ahead etc, but idk it's getting too much... I hate when there are longer periods with nothing, but lately there has been too many seasons and I'm getting it all mixed up... it's hard to get fully excited for the queens as it's just too many names and new faces to get to know - and so many seasons at the same time is messing with my scrambled brain... thank god I don't have exams this semester as I only have a practical class, but still have a long ass writing assignment ofc, but at least no last minute speedrace reading which equals me catching up on all the episodes... but yeah, too many seasons at once instead of just a tiiiiny gap that allows them all a minute to shine before the attention is drawn to another season/country/show... like by the time AS ended, i barely remembered who was on it (until The Silky show, then ofc I got to see them all again), and I have mostly forgotten 70% of RPDR s13 already... i feel bad for the queens, they don't get their proper time to shine anymore - it's all about pumping out season after season... Don't get me wrong, I'm glad RPDR is no longer US exclusive, but give the contestants a chance of actually milking their 5 min of fame... it costs them a fortune to compete, and like UK queens don't even get cash prizes, and again - when did we last hear from Lawrence.. I see tons of Tia, Tayce and Bimini, not much of anyone else unless stalking them... feel like many SOLID queens won't bother auditioning to DR anymore seeing the speed that they all fade into oblivion... which is sad...
