A Men’s Rights Advocate Took Over The Toronto Scene For A Weekend - This Is How It Went

his weekend my artist ​⁠ and I were invited to Toronto to participate in @beatcave songwriting camp. Here we met artists from all over Canada, and I met one individual who flew all the way from Washington DC! Artis, come here to get introduced to songwriters, artists, producers, engineers, and musicians. There’s something about this community that left me feeling like even though I’m an Alberta girl, my heart and soul is in Toronto. I own a label (RAP) Roma Army Productions, and at this camp I was able to find a new artist to sign to my label, @2kmajik and his amazing manager @noelclv , as well as I signed a new producer to my label, @bobo.the.outlaw . I found 4 artists that is scouting and may sign in the next few months at the next @beat.cave music camp, and I found new investments I want to take part in. This is a side of me that MY community doesn’t really get to see. As many of you know now, I come from the streets. The gutter. Hip hop and R&B is where my roots are. I want to change this industry by investing in artists, putting big money in their pockets, and normalizing the distance from drugs and gun violence. The youth can’t thrive if they’re dead before 25. This is the change I hope to make and I never would’ve found my Toronto passion if it weren’t for @beat.cave so THANK YOU. I’m truly humbled. Shout out to everyone in this video!
