It raises the question of how you intend to produce this clone. If its a fully flesh and blood person, then it would be. If it was more like an robotic android, then it should be fine

Since you can’t sell your identical twin into slavery, I assume you can’t sell a clone capable of thinking into slavery. Theoretically, clones incapable of thinking could be grown for body parts. You could probably sell the body, but it would make a poor slave. It probably won’t ever get past theory though. I think it’s more likely we’ll just grown cloned organs without the rest of the body.
