As some of you probably know it’s been a long journey for me. This pregnancy has been a little tough on me as well dealing with the separation of the father and I. I’m finally deciding to try to MoveOn from the relationship and get to a healthy place before the baby is here so that we can coparent successfully. I’ve told my partner that I need some space to just heal from the things that I’ve hurt me and find myself again. I’m starting a new routine with sleep and eating. Just self care. Today I sat outside for 20 minutes to drink my coffee. Just something small to start the day just for me.
