Not that they seem to ever hold up in court anymore. But were I a man of means I would get one. Then have her look it over in the presence of legal counsel so(I know) she understands what she's signing BEFORE I propose. That way she can't use the ignorance defense. If she doesn't sign, I don't ask, and we're done. If she's living in my home, she sleeps in a different room long enough to find a new living situation. Then I wash my hands of her.
