I want you to remember that the world will always have something to say about you. Whether it’s about your personality, your body, or the way you articulate. But the only person whose opinion matters is yours and the people who you know have your back. Body image has always been a big struggle for me and to finally come to point in my life where I feel confident, feels like finally taking a breath of fresh air after a long time

I would like to agree; however, also make the counter point that,at least I feel, it’s not about accepting your body our not accepting judgment from others. To me it’s more of being one with myself regardless of my body image or how I choose to present myself. Self care begins with self love and hopefully those that feel the way y’all’s do about body image should also be applied to your moral compass whatever that may be. You shouldn’t just be comfortable with your body and how you present yourself the way you wish, it’s also imperative to maintain that same philosophy for your mental health and well-being as well. In my humble opinion. Again, not a criticism, just an opinion.
