Easy E is 100 percent correct. why on earth would anyone watch a show if the creative sucks?

Anonymous

This was stressful to listen to. Whew

Anonymous

Why should Collision be any better than the other weakly-booked AEW shows?

Anonymous

Tony Khan is literally making every mistake WCW did. We all remember how that ended.

I love when mom and dad fight

Anonymous

Thank you Conrad. Just, thank you.

Conrad thinks yelling into the microphone is making a valid point.

Anonymous

That’s Eric’s point, what have we been shown that has been amazing and would be able to carry a new show as well

Anonymous

Red Ass Conrad 😂

Anonymous

Conrad is friends with Tony and u can definitely tell when it comes to Eric opinions. Which Conrad brings up and asks knowing where Eric stands on AEW then turn around and tell Eric he just wants to be argumentative lol. He brought it up not Eric

Are you going to be hosting the Ted dibiase podcast

adfreeshows

Hi Geoffrey, the DiBiase podcast debuted a few weeks back, free wherever you get podcasts. It's hosted by Marcus DeAngelo. Hope that helps!

Conrad desperately hoping to secure an AEW podcast

Anonymous

At least we get a 15 minute AEW promo at the beginning of all podcasts now except for STW…so that’s good

There is a difference between being optimistic and shilling. Conrad has become consistent in shilling for AEW, it's becoming unbearable. I can only listen to WHW in small doses due to how bad it is on there. A ton of respect to Eric for not giving in and being realistic.

Anonymous

Not hating, just stating - the schtick of Conrad scolding industry veterans to create compelling podcasts has jumped the shark a bit.

Anonymous

On paper it looks like Tony is making those same mistakes, but as long as Tony and his father keep putting their own money into the business it's not going anywhere.

Anonymous

I agree.. he knows how Eric feels and he starts off asking him the questions anyway.. conrad had always said it bad business to shoot work the audience now hea saying oo its all creative. To have the network come out and say Cm Punk isn't part of the show. Idk ita weird all around and seems unorganized

Maybe if Eric was a little less biased it would be a nice change of pace. I mean I think Conrad was just fed up. I am not a AEW fan or anything. But its obvious for Eric its personal & he's answers are starting to become very biased. He should really just stick to telling Rodman stories. Instead the state of the wrestling business.

I dont think people understand that everyone and their mother knows the scenario is not ideal. Its not some mystery. Also if Khann pass on the deal, there is also a price to pay. He was cornered into the deal & for the money they are getting he has no choice. Especially with his relationship with Warner. Eric just state the fucking obvious, and looks for any chance to trash AEW. PS ive probably watched 4 AEW shows in my life..... I am not some super fan

even wit Meltzer he goes overboard man. you can tell all of these people are in his head and its clouding his views. People who are successful do not answer questions or address rumors' like Eric does.

Anonymous

He is a martial artist he should know not to enter a battle emotionally...

Conrad and Eric are working you all. Yelling at each other generates income. Easy and fun to do.

Anonymous

This was fantastic.

Anonymous

lol. You probably thought Jarrett and Lethal attacking Flair in the parking lot was real too.

Anonymous

Seriously, some of these people claiming to be lifelong fans are getting worked in their 30s and 40s.

Anonymous

I am sure it could be a work. But tbh I dont see Conrad flip out like that anymore. Hasnt really since the early first 2 years where he pressured his guest and was much more hard nosed. If you notice he rarely freaks out now. Compare seasons. Big diffrece in his interview style if anything he works with his hosts more now..

Anonymous

More impartial observations from total AEW haters. They could carry Eric out of a poisoned mine shaft and he would still hate on them. Hey if you piss on AEW enough maybe Daddy Vince will give you a job.

Eric's take on the AEW TV deal seemed extremely level-headed and fair to me. One can simultaneously praise the ability to leverage business relationships and orchestrate deals, while also questioning whether a strong enough infrastructure is in place to support such change moving forward. The two thoughts are not mutually exclusive.
