Audio was a thousand times better. I used to take taekwon-do. Afrined of mine from there trained with his father. His dad dropped dead in the middle of class of a pulmonary embolism. It was sparring night and he just looked like he was leaning up against a bag trying to catch his breath. He collapsed and never woke up. In the selfish bastard moment of my life, I was worried he wouldn't train there any more. Me and him were head and shoulders above everybody else there. Without him, I would've been so far above anybody else there that there would've been no real reason to get better and that's what it was about for me. He did continue to train there. One of the things I did was I purposely never told him I was sorry about his father. He knew me well enough to know I was. I didn't think he needed to hear it from me and was probably sick of hearing it. Especially considering we're still training in the room he watched his father die in. I tried to give him a safe zone where could hopefully not think about it. It seems like Nash would've approved of that.
