I'm going off of memory here. But I didn't hate the early return of Mick and Chainsaw Charlie after the dumpster ride. I still to this day remember Terry Funk coming down the old RAW ramp with an iv in his arm and thought it was hilarious then and still smile about it now. You can't really just look at things by themselves. You think back to what they did then and just picture it in your head. There was commentary about that at the time. Since that's a part of the total story being told, you kind of have to factor that in to whether it's good or not. JR and the King must have done a good job selling it to me. People tend to parrot what they hear. If you hear somebody liked something, then I think you're more likely to like it too. If they hated something, then you're more likely to hate that as well. Since I wasn't following the dirt sheets back then, I think I was able to come to my own conclusion about whether it was good or not.
