I’ve really tried with this show, but I feel like every time I Listen I lose more respect for Ric. His fragile ego shines through in the responses he has, and that’s if his response isn’t “I don’t know”. He reacts to headlines about him without knowing any context regularly (lazy when you have a platform to be heard on) and then complains about how others take what he says out of context and run with it. He consistently sounds bitter and his failure to be prepared for what is being discussed is a reminder that this is just easy money for him and this show isn’t an actual priority. Appreciate the AdFree team’s attempt at making this show happen, but after several listens, I’m moving on to spend my valuable time on shows here that care about their audience.
