I may not have a chicken salad recipe of my own. Bud I do make really good potato salad. Steam the potatoes instead of boiling them and my secret ingredient is horseradish. Don't use a lot though. Just enough to change the flavor of the mayo without people knowing it's in there. If somebody asks you what kind of mayo you use, it's perfect. Serve it while it's warm still. I don't mind sharing unlike some former wrestling promoters I know.
