On this episode of Something To Wrestle, Bruce and Conrad revisit Summerslam 2002, which took place at the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Uniondale NY, on August 25, 2002. The show was most notable for the main event between The Rock vs. Brock Lesnar for the WWE Undisputed Championship, where Brock would become champion for the first time! The guys also discuss Shawn Michaels making his in-ring return against Triple H in a street fight, Chris Jericho vs. Ric Flair, Kurt Angle vs. Rey Mysterio, and so much more!

I know no one is going to see this but maybe they Will but As long as Bruce is still working for WWE, I will not be listening to any new something to wrestle with podcast. With all the weird releases WWE has done and the bad communication with there wrestlers it really bother me that Bruce would be okay working in a executive role for this company. I have been a listener since the beginning and this was build from the ground up and off of doing something different. I know it is not Bruce fault directly but to see this podcast be built from being a rebel to see Bruce turn into this corporate guy i can not respect it. I know he has a family to support but he was supporting his family before he went back so for him to be okay with this and stay silent is not okay.

He’s a businessman with the WWE, you cannot realistically expect him not to cooperate with decisions from the top, no matter the reason. Also, “to see Bruce ‘turn into’ this corporate guy? That’s been Bruce since 1988, nothing has changed. He’s been a company man since day 1, his actions as a company man should not come as a surprise to you. Weird protest.
