I absolutely LOVE the sports/competition like approach JR and his guests take to the wrestling product. Every week fans ask why certain wrestlers went to the WWF and he responds with “they couldn’t handle the competition level so they went where it’s not as tough”. When discussing upcoming matches it’s never about the drama or Gaga behind it, it’s all about how the involved wrestlers skills match up and why it would be a competitive contest. I really wish this version of the sport was more popular amongst the masses. I love when the talk is about the wrestlers athleticism and technical ability. Also, Dusty was dialed back to about a 1 energy wise for the radio and he is still AMAZING on the mic. What a legend.
