We go back to one of the turning points in Jim Crockett/NWA/TBS history. When Turner Broadcasting purchased Jim Crockett Promotions, they wanted to tone down the violence. And for reasons still not really known to this day, Dusty Rhodes, the booker for JCP, did the exact opposite. The "spike in the eye" will go down as one of the most memorable moments of TBS studio wrestling and led to Dusty being ousted as booker.

It's all here.  The stories, the questions and...the blood. WATCH & LISTEN to an all new WHW, revisiting World Championship Wrestling from November 26, 1988!

Great memories. Mother and I would still get together to watch Saturday wrestling on TBS long after I moved out. Remember watching this and my mother's reaction to her man's (Dusty) beating. She was sad when Dusty left but soon found her Stinger.
