On the heels of last night's Double or Nothing PPV, Eric and Conrad look back on AEW's inaugural Double or Nothing event, which took place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in the Las Vegas, NV on May 25, 2019. In the main event, Chris Jericho took on Kenny Omega, for an opportunity to battle for the inaugural AEW World Championship. Plus, we saw The Young Bucks vs. The Lucha Brothers, and one of the best – and emotional matches of the year – as Cody squared off against his brother, Dustin Rhodes. We also saw a surprise appearance from Bret Hart, and so much more!

i absolutely love this ppv. such a huge cody and kenny mark. enjoyed erics take on the matches. would like for them to cover more AEW stuff and possibly some nxt stuff. did not appreciate what he said about alex marvez tho.

Was Bischoff confusing Alex Marvez and Bryan Alvarez here?

I think he confused Marvez with Bryan Alvarez. Marvez was horrible on commentary tho

Don’t think so. I know Eric did interviews with Marvez back in the Nitro era when Marvez was writing for a newspaper in Florida so I think that’s where it stems from.
