Why don’t you lace them up, so they aren’t misshapen and lose more and more integrity and resilience? Regardless of how J.J. Stored them, they should be protected now, and those things look like doggy chew toys. Leather is an organic material that degrades over time, and it appears you’re just going to speed up that degradation process... OK, I’m done with my rant now.
