September 2020: big changes (Patreon)

Here's a summary if you don't wanna read all the bible below:

• The rematch, Request, and Pin-Up polls will no longer exist from September.
• 3usd and 5usd tiers will be eliminated, This change will be applicable on September 5th, once August donations are raised.
• Starting in September, this Patreon will be only and exclusively for the publication of my webcomic: DollHouse.  
• Some things may change in the future but at least this is how they will be, so that's why I make this announcement. Every change in this information will be announced before September.

Now, If you're intrigued: 

No, I'm not having a mental breakdown, this decision has been well meditated for at least three months.

 As may you know, I'm going to work webcomic, also my regular work (commissioned comics mostly). Doing comic pages is something very demanding and takes time since you start planning the story, the sketching process, line arts, coloring, lettering, graphic design, and the promotion. 

Planning the content for Patreon, not to mention making the illustrations, not only consumes work time but eventually, it has been consuming my creativity. I'm not very happy with some of the last drawings that I've done (since the past year to being honest). 

Drawing the same over and over, just sex scenes without anything that challenges me, forcing me to improve has become boring. I've been stuck in a comfort zone.

I'm a big fan of comics, mangas, videogames the same as you. But as a fan and creator, I want to create something to be proud of, not only fan arts. 

At the beginning of June, I started to write a story and drawing characters that were on my mind for years ago. I realized that again I was excited about what I was doing. I could spend hours and hours working in my stuff, and feeling enough motivated to work with my clients too. Then was clear to me that I should give a try.

I wanted to keep the current rewards and also publish the comic through Patreon, but it's something impossible for me. I would like to be like those authors that do thousand of content per month, but I have a limited reserve of energy and time. I can't do one thing to the detriment of the other.

If I want to make this possible I must take risks. So, maybe some of you're going to cancel your pledging because you're here to see the fan arts, and that's okay. 

Since I don't know how to arrange the current tiers and what the rewards will be, there will be just one tier, at least the first months: 1 USD to access my content. This change will be applicable on September 5, once August donations are raised.

After that, patrons of 3 and 5 USD can change to 1 USD, or donate the same amount if they wish.
