i like the fact that this looks like the reason deku is cuffed is for Ochaco's protection and not really a kinkplay; Deku tends to get too into it to the point where he accidentally uses his quirk-enhanced strength and overpowers her with passionate lust. But now that he's tied down, ochaco can make love at a slower pace and Deku has to control himself and the cuffs are there as a reminder.
