To be fair, you can still depict characters from earlier points in a story. Nothing says fanart has to be concurrent.

I guess I was just more saying that there is plenty of her pre-battle wounds but almost no great pics showing the after. I can relate to the battle wounds so it hits me in a lot of different ways.
