Armor now gets hidden when certain cloth pieces are equipped (hats/hair hide helmets, coats hide chest armor and so on...) and the cloth settings provide an option to display the armor instead of the cloth, if desired (useful for PvP to know which armor the enemy is wearing).

Iris Compatibility: Minecraft 1.16.5/1.17.1 requires Iris 1.4.2 or lower.

IMPORTANT Ocean Physics Information: Only use a maximum of 12 chunk render distance. Anything higher could result in big lag spikes.

Ocean Physics Supported Shaders: https://pastebin.com/e4UvvXh1

Smoke Physics Information: Minecraft particles have to be enabled for it to work! The further away you are from smoke sources the less particles spawn. Temporal Anti-Aliasing (or TAA) can cause issues with the smoke so disabling it will eliminate some visual artifacts. Not all shaders are supported (best results that I've got are with BSL shaders).

Snow Physics Information: Optifine is not supported (use Iris + Sodium on Fabric/Oculus + Rubidium on Forge). High render distances on slow CPUs might result in delayed snow tracks.

Liquid Physics Information: https://pastebin.com/E9dMD9MZ

Changes:

  • Added option to hide cloth pieces when certain armor is equipped
  • Fixed some cloth synchronization issues

trying with Iris+sodium, says fabric is the wrong version. Can anyone help?

If you are playing with iris 1.5.1 and sodium 0.4.8, it won't work. if you want to play later versions of the physics mod you will have to upgrade to anything higher than iris 1.5.1 and sodium 0.4.8.
