Feedback (Patreon)

Hiii frens, I wanted to ask for some honest feedback on my patreon. I've had several people join and leave before they were charged or even charge me back and I've had a couple people leave exit surveys (these are anonymous) saying I didn't deliver as much content as they expected so I just wanted to chat to you guys and see your thoughts? (obviously this isn't about you because you're still here but I just want to see how I can improve my patreon).

I wanted to keep my patreon fees low so that it could be more accessible to people but because of that I can't afford to spend time producing a lot of content for it. Right now after fees etc I'm earning about what I would charge for 1 custom vid a month and that's what I deliver. I thought my fees were a fair price for this but maybe I'm wrong? ((also a huge ty to those of you that increased the amount you pay like thank you so much it's so kind and unexpected 😭💖)). I've seen other creators charge my patreon fee as just a "support me" tier without really any rewards or offer early access to vids. Obviously if I was in a position to have a lot of patrons I could do this price for more content but I'm a v small creator so it's not feasible for me.

What are your thoughts? Do you guys see value in the patreon or should I start over with a higher fee but in turn offer more content? Or should I add another tier? If I add early access to my YT vids to the current tier would it be more worthwhile? What kind of posts would you like to see here?

Sorry for the serious post guys, I just feel like I'm doing this all wrong and I'm not sure how to fix it. I just wanted to say tysm for all your support it truly means a lot and helps me a lot and I really want to produce content that I'm proud of and that you guys enjoy. 💖💖💖
