The Lunataff and Solkram are good for if you're keeping out under the sun or moon, want a bit of hover speed, or want a way to emit some moonlight or sunlight. Great if you want to boost some weres or bring down some vampires, but I think the best thing about them is that you can fuse them together into...

The Staff of the Sun and Moon! A really cool looking item that'll give you a boost to your magic, knowledge of the sun and moon's placements in the heavens, emitting some sun or moonlight, and some nice sun and moon spells.

And then there's Barboachiwara and Wahaikash, which will let you breath underwater and detect earthquakes, useful if you need to track someone who's causing a lot of earthquakes and tremors. Has anyone ever made any Graboid monster stats for 5e?
