The latest update to the Pokémon inspired Weapons and Items I've been making, based on the artwork by Rebusalpa. You can see the full PDF from 001 here.

First up is a bunch of cursed items, go to slow, then too fast, then too slow. Would attuning to a fast and a slow cancel them out? Heck no, but you don't have to tell your players that until after they try that.

I don't think the games really do a good job of utilizing the Ninbug's ninjanese, but Nincadart and Ninjachi I think rectify that, at least a bit. And then there's Scydinja, where you can only be hurt by your vulnerabilities. You would have to go out of your way to reduce the vulnerabilities you have, but I think D&D has more status condition stuff that pokemon does, so while it seems pretty powerful, I think there are plenty of ways to subvert it, if you play smart.

And then the louds come in with instruments being loud. I think being able to use the instrument to do thunder damage attacks is in line, and I can just imagine a bard using the Brouhorm to mow down a line of enemies. Inception sound effect not included but encouraged.
