A friend had a reading with SB in May 2020. This person wants to share the following info with the group as many of us can relate to it.

Question- Sun bear why did i choose to come to earth at this point in time

SB- because there is great turmoil and there is a great need for those that hold the light who hold awareness of the truth. Who can maintain their head during time of great change. And through that they are holding the light that helps the progression of this transition that is going on. You came not as a sacrifice but from a very deep compassion and a very deep understanding that you could be of assistance during this time. This world runs on fear it’s a fear based survival instinct that controls this world so being able to stand and face that fear without getting caught up in it is what is needed right now and a great contribution to the transition. At this point in time the world is about to shift from this competitive, kill or be killed, flight or fight type of response, very much 3 dimensional into more cooperative realms of working with each other as a more compassionate global civilization. And the only way that this can happen is by individuals that come here that hold the light. You are part of a large net of individuals spread out through the entirety of the world, holding this bright light. You are a pinpoint of bright light in this large net. And that is what’s causing this large shift. It is facilitating the large shift in consciousness that needs to happen. All you need to do is be here and because you are able to hold the consciousness and you have assumed part of the collective, that is what helps that shift and all you need to do is go about your business and enjoy life.

SB on meditation and god

He said that he deals with a lot of spiritual lies being told to people and finds it very hard to brake people of the habit of these guided meditations where people trample through the consciousness having these big experiences and they don’t want to do stillness of mind meditations, they don’t want to do a practice of being present with the now. They find it very boring, very tedious, almost impossible to just quiet their mind to be in the moment. The now is when everything is happening. The past is a person interpretation of what happened and based on those interpretations people reference those experiences and reference interpretations and project them into a fearful future. Where as if they could just get quiet in the now and recognize that right now everything is fine, all their needs are taken care of RIGHT NOW, and when they can sit in that stillness and experience the gratitude that can fill them up with, they are safe, their needs are provided for IN THIS MOMENT.

It helps that MOMENT to expand into a much more empowered reality. One stops living from the fearful survival instinct and moves more and more into trust that all is well. So whatever the human mind focuses on is the reality that they are going to experience. That’s what gets magnified, whatever you focus on. So the more you can do that meditation of focusing on the stillness on the now by walking in nature taking in the beauty around you, getting all your physical sensors focus on the faint smells, sounds, the feeling of the breeze, the sunshine and hearing the birds all of that gets you into the now.

And the more you can do that, the more the NOW can expand.
So you feel that sense of safety of security and support that the universe is designed to provide. SB is saying that there is a spirit of the universe there is a God and the design of all creation, the design of consciousness itself, the design of life, the design of earth, the design of the entire universe was built to support and prosper life. And when you are in the now, that becomes the reality.

So the more you can reference that point the more that becomes your reality. There is not an angry God saying, i am going to make these creations and put them into an impossible environment where they can’t survive and thrive, no that’s irrational and SB says the spirit of the universe is anything but irrational.

So that being in the NOW allows you to touch into the spirit of the universe itself and that connection is what guides us. The more you trust in that guidance the more evidence you will receive that you are on the right path. SB says that the universe knows that human consciousness needs all the evidence available to let go into the higher truth that all is well and SB is saying that the universe knows that, so the moment you open your mind in that stillness the more evidence that you find, You need to say

“God am i here with you help, me show me the way, help me let go of my fears, help me be of service, use me as you will. Show me that i am safe”

So prays like that, the spirit of the universe responds instantly. But human beings have free will which means that they choose how they live their lives. They do not have to bow down to God or their understanding of God. They do not have to call upon God. They are free to live as they wish and experience as they wish, that’s part of the design. When one starts to be aware that there is a higher force, which in that stillness you do become aware of that. Once you open that door in your consciousness, in that moment you can say

“ God i don’t know if you are real or not but i have a feeling that maybe you might be so come here and help me, show me”

And in that type of pray the help me and show me are so powerful that allows the spirit of the universe to continue to fill your life up with experiences of the greater truth. Otherwise the spirit of the universe can’t come in and intercede in your life and change things for you. You have to ask, because if you don’t ask, there is that free will that cannot be trespassed. SB is saying that it’s the same way with spirit guides, he has all kinds of rules and regulations about how he can interact with human beings because no spirit is allowed to interfere in the free will of another being.

But when you ask, the ENTIRE universe answers. Everything is energy and you are part of that. The more that you know that truth that you are consciousness itself that everything is energy and you are a part of all that is. The more you can experience that, the more you will have evidence of that truth that you are part of that, that you are completely supported and the more joyful life becomes, That’s spirituality that’s spiritual. The allowing yourself to feel the fear that everyone is feeling but not allowing yourself to be drawn into by that fear that’s spiritual.

SB on cryptocurrency’s purpose

Q - is it designed to control humanity

SB - no, there is a great illusion in your world that there is such a thing as privacy. There never has been and there never will be. You get put into the greater universe and you will find that more advanced beings living outside of this planet, do not communicate verbally. Verbally communication is the least effective type of communication. They communicate telepathically. Now when you live in society that communicates telepathically there is absolutely nothing that can be held privately, there is no need for it. But you r living in a 3D world, that is very competitive and very primitive and very violent and so this illusion of privacy has grown up as the civilization has grown. But it’s not truth, nothing has ever been private. Whatever is going on will eventually be found out period.

Now this gets a little bit out there. You as a civilization has been put on this planet by others human beings who are far far more advanced. So far advanced that if you came into contact with them you would think they were gods. They are human beings just like you that are far advanced. They are quite verse in creating civilizations. They create them all the time. Most civilizations they create die in their infancy because of many factors, but very few past their infancy and start to develop a space program and get off the planet and very rarely they get past the nuclear age by not destroying themselves.

Now there is a law of noninterference where a world put in place has to be allowed to grow organically, they don’t want to create a dependency .. now your world has reached a point where it can make that quantum leap forward and can be introduced to their galactic brothers and sisters. Now when a civilization is left alone and allowed to develop a controlling elite develops on the planet that controls the civilization. That’s what seeds that fear about control and this always happens in every civilization. Your galactic brothers and sisters that put you here are essential at war but not like the war that you think, they are at war trying to get the control back of the civilization from the controlling elite who do and would track everything everyone is doing and they do pretty hideous things to keep control of the planetary resources which keeps them in control of the planet. But all of that is breaking down right now, and it’s necessary for your civilization to come out of that so that you can get help from your galactic brothers and sisters to propel you into a more galactic civilization.

Now this goes back to why you are here. You saw the misery on this planet you saw what was happening here and from compassion you decided that you are going there and SB said that in spirit others said that that’s not a good idea and you said that i have to go to help it’s breaking my heart to see that. So a whole army in spirit, decided that if you are going they will go with you. So you have been living in a bubble of protection. SB says that you may not feel that as you’ve faced a lot in life. But when you look at your life in comparison to what others have been experiencing you will notice that you haven’t experienced a lot of what others have been going through.

So back to cryptos. They have not been developed to institute greater control on humanity. It has been developed, and if you remember it came from a very shadowy background and everything that is created here can be used for both good and evil. Cryptocurrency has grown up in the black market and there will always be that part of its use but now it’s transferring into a legitimate use because it’s transforming into a global currency it will allows for global transactions between countries it allows for global connection instead of having the isolation. Cryptocurrency as it stands now will continue for a number of years it will develop into a global currency. However there is another currency currently being developed and you will see it coming so keep your eyes out for it. You will see bits and pieces coming out about it in the news about a new way of encrypting information. So that next cryptocurrency is the one coming to this planet as a direct result of your galactic sisters and brothers feeding the information into your world to get you ready to make that quantum leap so that’s what’s going on.

SB on the future

SB said that the future for our children will be very different to the one we know. However there is still a lot of pain for us to go through. This virus is driving people to the point that people are willing to stand up to the government, they are willing to take more and more responsibility for themselves, that had to happen in preparation for the shift and you are pretty deep in hot water already with the circumstances in the world and it’s your children’s children that will be part of the new order if you will. The current generation of children are also here to help in the transition to hold the light and it doesn’t feel like sacrifices but they are here out of compassion.

SB on Gold And silver

PM’s are the old crypto currencies they were popular in the 70s and 80’s and SB says there is no way of determining where PM’s are going in the next 3 to 4 years.
That market you can watch but that market will become very volatile and he feels that once the dust settles 1 BTC will be worth more than 1oz of gold and crypto currencies will be more valuable than gold and silver and other PM’s , so watch it use your intuition but if you do decide to invest into PM’s remember you will need to be in it for the long haul and if you do see it jump up in value significantly, sell.

There are a lot of people who are into cryptos that look for psychic guidance but you are better off developing your own intuition rather than following a lot of psychic advice. If you hear psychic advice feel it out if it’s right for you a play that is right for you may not be the right one for the next person. You are on your own out here but using and developing your own intuition about it will help. When investing spread your investments out and have a sell point. If you keep track of it and are consistent with that you will find that you will lose money on some and you gain money on some. But in a long run you will see that you’ve gains more than you lost. But it’s about keeping your head about you and not looking for the big kill. Because if you come into this looking at making millions and not having to work ever again that’s called greed. So don’t play that game. It’s about what can i do wisely, what is my feeling what is my guidance on this. So if you play your own game you will come out ahead.

SB on difference between service and sacrifice

Everyone comes to this earth with their own lessons to learn. By stepping in we can allow someone to neglect the lesson they are here to learn. That’s called taking on someone else’s karma. We come here for service but there is a fine line between service and sacrifice. When helping someone we need to ask ourselves am i doing this as a service or sacrifice. There is a tendencies for a lot of souls to sacrifice and the sacrifice needs to stop.

The only way you can be of true service is when your own life is so filled up with life so full of true wealth, and that’s not just money it’s the joy of living the knowing that you are supported by the universe that you are safe. And you are so filled up with this knowing that you overflow. Overflow is what you use to help others. If you are not overflowing and you are giving to others that’s a sacrifice. If you see a need you need to ask “ spirit am i to help here and if i am show me how” it’s that simple ask to be shown ask for help. You have a big lesson to learn here and most have not even began to address this and the lesson is of service and sacrifice.

You could even refine your question by asking “ great spirit i would like to help this person can you show me if this is service or sacrifice “ and you will get a deeper understanding. And the brilliant part is that if you do get it wrong there is no penalty but you will become aware that maybe that was not the right answer and then you can change course. You can learn something from that experience isn’t that beautiful it’s all safe. It’s such a beautiful exploration and so safe

Final comments

Trusting yourself and following your inner guidance even when things don’t make sense that’s living by higher truth that’s allowing yourself to be guided by the universe to the higher truth.

Using the stillness meditation also bring you closer to that truth. if you are in service to the light you do not need to concern yourself with not being taken care of as all you need to do is ask and the universe will provide.

You are part of a very big plan so big that even spirit guides do not know the full extent of it, so it’s a matter of relaxing into it and trusting the universe trusting the spirit and deepening your connection to the universe by continually communicating and building a deeper connection with the universe.

Though that you will accomplish what you set out to do and so much more that you never thought was even possible so much will come to you beyond your expectations by doing what you have been doing by asking the universe for guidance and following what you feel you need to do.

Trusting yourself and the universe as the world seems to be falling apart you will see so much beauty, that there is a magnificent shift happening that will bring so much to this world and you are part of that plan you are part of that experience.
