ok, firstly... gorgeous image... as always... your Villain Deku looks suitably crazy-town - evil, delighting in Kacchan dying, but also in love with the guy... Bakugou looks defiant to the end - there's no way he's going to beg, he's probably planning to spit blood in Deku's face before he dies (even knowing that Deku will enjoy it). However, it doesn't look like the spear *necessarily* hit anything that can't be repaired given time, skill and luck, so i'm headcanoning that Red Riot, or Chargebolt, or even Grape Juice* gets there in time to get Deku to beat a retreat, and get GZ to the hospital... *yep, Grape Juice... headcanoning Grape Juice... Kacchan'll hate that.
