Set 46: You Are What You Read, part 3 uploaded (Patreon)

Whew!  This ended up being a record 43 pictures long, thanks for your patience and the story is now technically over (this chapter, at the very least).

Please let me know if you liked in the comments.  I know some wanted this to be a purely 'Implant-themed' set and I gotta say the temptation was there but I had already teased about the outcome of this one in my previous posts.  That said, I think I made the transformation work within the logic of the story.

I will think about making a straight up surgery story pretty soon.  I just might be mixing a few more genres in the future.

Seeing as I'm now going crazy with the size of those picture sets, I may have to rework the way I've been doing things.  More on this in a future post, my bed calls!
