Malpractice 20, parts A and B out tonight! (Patreon)

So... Malpractice 20 turned out to be a 2-parter.  I was planning to release part 1 earlier this month but just kept adding scenes.  I've got the first half written and just need to add bubbles on it first thing once I get home from work this evening (Wednesday).  Part 1 will release then, and then I just keep writing the second part (which is already done rendering) and it should be out that same night.  So we're talking a little over 70 pics for this part 20.  I hope it really shows how much work went into this one.
