Tier 1 is normally cycling the last 5 sets (keeping a few more sets lately, like 7-8), so it's best for long time members who just want to keep up to date with the latest sets on a budget. If you are new, you'll want tier 2 at least for the first month to get access to all sets I ever made. Then you either stay tier 2 or change as you wish.
