Dev Diary, May 26th, 2023 (Patreon)

Been working my way through the intro for episode 2. It's been several scenes to set up, as I wanted to show some flashbacks shots instead of just telling the backstory of the girls in the story as you get to know them a bit more.

Next week I'll prepare the one free roam that's planned for this episode, which is quite large in size. You've probably already realized you have two major routes in the game. One, which is connected to the 'upper class' people, and one more down to earth. This free roam will be hugely different depending on which you're on.

The winner of last weeks poll, where you decided on the body shape of the love interest was figure number 4.

To continue our design process of that love interest, I've been preparing the skins for the winner,. I've tried to include a lot of different options, although there's no traditional 'pale with freckles'. I reckon that would have been a landslide victory, and there's already a few of 'those' in the game already. :p

Do note that the winner of this week's poll already has the face textures in place, and you can see examples of that in the image. Download the full version of the image at the bottom of this pose to see the face close up. Remember that the 'face' is just to show the face textures. We'll get to shaping the face later on.

ps: just noticed that 3 looks more "stoney" than it should be, and 4 has a slight color error on the body (the legs and arms are correct), but it's too late to fix it now. Keep that in mind when voting.

pss: further skin corrections, bump maps (wrinkly bits), makeup, lipstick, nipple work etc, will be corrected when we have a winner
