I've been stretching myself in all directions this week and made progress on all fronts. I completed two scenes on the story render side, caught up on the custom renders for the top Patreon tier, and right now animations are rendering none stop while I'm working on the Renpy part.
Also finished 'designing' another girl as you can see above, and I'm very happy with the way the pbr shader help enhance the skin and bring so much life to these models (I've attached the 4k version to this post so you can see what I mean). That also means I'm well on my way to completing all the 12 girls in the story. Remember that you will be able to help design one of them by polls. This will be sometime after the release of episode 1. That way you have an idea of who's in the game already, and what you'd like to see more of.
My girlfriend dragged me out for Christmas shopping too this week, but it was on the promise that what we didn't complete, we would shop online. So that part is done. Win-win. :p
I haven't got any numbers to show for, as this week's renders are still in my render cloud and I haven't had time to go through them and decide on the keepers and throw-aways yet.
Got a bit of that 'chilled'n'clogged' feeling right now, but I'm hoping it's just the season and not a cold coming. Although I've got enough animations queued up for a week so it wouldn't be the end of the world if I need to sleep off a fever and relax for a few days.
A few hours ago, Leap of Faith reached 50,000 sales on Steam. That is 49,000 more than I hoped for when releasing it. I know some of them are from you, who are here on my Patreon. Once again, thank you for giving me the opportunity to make these stories and giving me the freedom to buy the 3d assets and music I feel is needed to enhance them.
Have a nice weekend whether you're working, relaxing, having a cold, or Christmas shopping. Stay safe out there.
