Dev Diary, November 11th, 2022 (Patreon)

This week has mostly been spent working on the main free-roam renders of the episode. To give you a rough idea of its size, it spans over three floors, and I've been working my way through the first one counting more than 30 unique characters in it so far. The chance you're going to leave that place with a girl for some fun is rather high if that's your goal. But there are many other outcomes too.

I'll continue working on it for the next week, and I'll also start focusing on the animations again. So far I've been holding back on the Ren'Py part as I know Tom (the creator of Ren'Py) has been working on some functionality that I had planned to make, but when it becomes a part of the software instead that is always preferable.

New character introduction. Meet Sergei.

Okay, just so you know, he's not your sidekick, but if there's anything you need, he's your man. Well, at least as questionable dealings go. Need some hack'o'tronic device that can help you in some way? He's got it. Feeling alone and in need of some female company one night? Call Sergei. Of course, the quality of said services can be questionable at times, but he would say that's part of the charm. He also would say; special price, just for you.

But for the love of God, stay away from his special girl. Because we don't play these games for the special girls, right?

ps: yes, you can exclude him completely from the game if you want that. It will shape your character though.
