The story you're talking about from Quicksilver Highway is called "The Body Politic" based upon a short story by Clive Barker from the collection, The Books of Blood which happens to be my favorite short story collection of all time. There's also a comic book version adaptation of it under the tapping the vein series which did comic book adaptions of stories from the aforementioned collection. I'd recommend both. Also... Hall Pass is an underrated Farrelly Brothers comedy. I'm not sure if it's as good as Something about Mary, Dumb and Dumber or King Pin, but it's probably my next favorite.

Fuck the Cowboys. Signed a Packers fan. Seriously though, Dumb and Dumber is a must see. Easily the Farrelly's best movie and one of the great comedies of all time.
