Remember that Archer couldnt sense where Ilya was during the fight last episode. Servants couldn’t necessarily sense other masters. They can sense their own.

Also something that was discussed in Fate route and not explained here, Saber couldn’t turn invisible because she isn’t a spirit like the others. Long explanation for it.
