Btw fun fact no spoilers, in One Piece big fight just ended, it lasted over 1,5 year in week-week anime watch, i think they announced it as the longest in history (in that aspect). Ended recently on ep 1075. Bleach have really good pacing compared trust me xD

It wasn't just one fight tho. It was a whole war. A lot of people were fighting and there was a heap of plot points built up over the last 10 years all converging at once to be payed off, and minus some slow moments, it was amazing. It wasn't just epic, a lot of tears were shed throughout as well. To put it in perspective, if the 62 episodes it lasted for were condensed into 1 hour long episodes like a Netflix show, the main part of the war lasted 20 episodes. Watching weekly certainly sucks but if you're binging/catching up the pacing would be a minor issue when you're getting so many incredible moments
