Just reiterating the main points they already mentioned in this same episode: the Soul King is in his own separate dimension, which is what the Royal Key is used to access... and they also said the Soul King usually leaves the Thirteen Court Guard Squads (the organization the captains and most other soul reapers belong to) in charge of the Soul Society instead of ruling it himself.

Yes long shounen's are quite different, it have it slow moments but when shit happens its more exciting often, Bleach have probably the smallest world and amount of characters out of all big trio Naruto is way bigger, One Piece is a behemoth there are soo many characters there, so yea good choice with Bleach, thanks for upload.
