They changed how Joel got hurt too, he fell onto rebar in the game, I think, not super important but probably easier to do getting stabbed in live action than falling 1 story onto a piece or rebar.

Thanks for adding the intro start, I was holding back before watching this show since most of the anime/games adaptation are quite a pile of garbage, but this one surprised me, its way better than i excepted, also i love "zombie" post apo theme. I would like to see some movie reactions like 28 days later etc, but Anthony probably watched everything decent with zombies at this point.

Loved the reaction guys, keep up the good work!!!!! This episode was great, but I feel like Joel is more emotional in the show compared to the game, I don’t really mind that they made him like this, my only regret is that they made him more fragile “physically” like being slower and too old. In part one of the game, despite his age, Joel was a complete beast that couldn’t be stopped by anyone….Not gonna lie, I wish we could see the savage Joel that runs around with bricks and shivs going crazy taking down enemies left and right lol…I feel that it’s unfortunate that there isn’t as much action, but the emotional scenes make up for it just enough for me to still feel satisfied and excited for the next episode

Totally agree, especially with the physically fragile part. Some part of me longs for the contrast between his strength and emotion, which can only be shown with his strength demonstrated first, but it's ok. Can't wait for the next episode all the same!!
