Pretty sad when Komugi says "No one has ever been this nice to me before". Like what does that say about humanity in the HxH world, that the king who we have seen kill anyone and anything that slightly upsets him has been the nicest person to her ever.

The King's growth into a very complex character is part oh what makes this arc so amazing. This arc doesn't just have amazing fights, it has deep character development. HxH is a series that could easily get a college level class at a major university dealing with philosophy or psychology. I'm using this as an example as some colleges have had courses on The Avengers or the MCU.

Can't get enough of this interesting characters dynamic! Kinda off topic, but I was curious about the king's voice. Turns out it's Uchiyama, the same VA for Tsukki, Shigaraki, Rui and Inumaki etc. Like damn, how many well-known characters do you voice dude XD
