There are a ton of great cover songs this season. One of my favorites is 'My Kullsvik's Hello' from Episode 5. It's a great pick for the midpoint of the story.

When it comes to Characters, Kate Walsh pulls all the stops, playing the Largest, Loudest character on screen as the Handler. That Red Dress! Damn. Ritu Arya brings Crazy/Sexy back and Kevin Rankin's Elliott could be Fox Mulder's Crazier Uncle. When it comes to character design ( Other than Kate Walsh's eccentric costume designs ) AJ is just the tip of the Iceberg on where this show can go with character design. I can see season 3's big bad on par with the top movie magic aliens or monsters. This show is hot. It's full of pure water cooler lever hotness. I think a lot more people will be giving this show a shot after this season.

So, in the first couple of episodes, there is apparently a running gag where lines in Diego's scenes are repeated. In the first episode, the orderly tells Diego, "I ain't your secretary." Diego's gym boss said that in the first season when he delivered Eudora's phone message from the motel. When he tells Lila that the other window was open is a reference to him crashing through Leonard's front door only for Five to point out that the door was unlocked. "Yell if you get in trouble" was what he had grunted in the same scene at Leonard's, leaving Five and Allison to joke about his "inspiring leadership."
