Notice how Bakugo never cares to remember anyone's name that he doesn't acknowledge, and gives them nicknames like he does at the beginning of the fight like "pink cheeks". However, at the end of the fight, Bakugo already subconsciously respects her and calls her by her name "Uraraka".

Something you will start to see a lot of is characters asking "what would Midoriya do?" It shows how much respect he is gaining for his ability to analyze every situation. The next episode is brilliant, one of my top 3 for this season, another being this episode with Bakugo and Uraraka, the 3rd comes later.
