I've been refreshing all day. Can't wait to watch!

That's the most haunting thing to me, the thought that you could be haunted by your own death. Watching this episode the first time i had never felt more like a mixed bag of emotions, filled with joy and smiling and laughing in the beginning, then feeling psychologically unraveled, terrified, grief striken, and broken hearted for Nell. The next episode is a magnificent feat in filmmaking and performances. So good.

Yes! Been waiting for this one! 😭 Will go straight to watch this when I get back home from work!

Seems like the last 10 minutes or so are missing from your reaction.

This occasionally happens with longer videos. Watching on the Dropbox app or on the web browser should help.

Awesome reaction! I can tell from the way you guys are eager and excited and (probably scared) to know more of what's going on in the house! I've seen so many reactions from different patreons and I always cried with them when it comes to this ep. And I cried again with you :'( Nell's story is sf tragic :'( from being just a curious little girl to reaching a depressing adulthood. Sigh. Can't wait for the next episode and I assure you it's gonna be a really good one!

Happen to me as well. I just downloaded the video and it played fine. Better even.

Without getting detailed. Something that isn't truly touched on. I believe Nell's family has a gift or a curse with being close to that other realm or that other world. A power that affected each of them differently and in turn they each reacted to the effects of their gift being twisted by the house. I believe if Nell was never touched by hill house her power might have been to see the future. Maybe a spidy sense. Or she might have been on par with Theo. Being able to see the many paths we can each take in life and she might have been able to help warn other of the pitfalls and dangers along those paths. It was the house that corrupted that gift. Twisting it into seeing her own death, over and over and over again and that fear was like a drug to the house and a wound that Nelly never healed. Because the house trapped Nell in a loop in away. She was unable to warn her brother about the path he was on. Because she couldn't get passed seeing her own death and not understand what she was looking at. "So where did you find this? In the toy room. Where?" ..."Insist on your Cup of Stars. Once they've Trapped you, you'll never see your Cup of Stars again." When she says 'They', did she mean the Hill Family?
