Im glad you like it, two episodes left of this arc. 342 start a new small arc before the Thousand years blood war and both episode 342 and 343 got a new opening check it out, one is filler opening but its really good, about civil war that happened in filler's between. Now imagine one piece, where the "monotonous" episodes are x5 between the good ones. At least they announced the anime remake, i hope it fix that, normally episode adapt 3-4 chapters of manga, in one piece many episodes are just one chapter, imagine that.

Been waiting for this reaction for a while, I always loved the character of Gin. He's pretty much the only one to lie about his zanpakuto's power, something literally everyone else should do in this show! When he first revealed his Bankai, I was thinking... oh a long sword... um, wow you're really Aizen's top guy? It was a huge let down. Then it is revealed he lied and its real danger is how fast it contracts and I thought wow, ok that is pretty deadly. THEN it's revealed he lied and his blade actually has a poison and Ichigo would have been dead from the very first hit he made in their duel if Gin wanted it so. Respect to Gin for that whole facade. Bleach does have a way of making you really care about a character right when they die though. I can't exactly remember the pacing of the next arc to say much about it, but the TYBW arc after that definitely delivers Bleach as the manga intended it and is an absolute roller coaster of excitement in comparison to anything before.
