Legacy of Vanished Friends is out! (That's Spellheart 4 for everyone who read the book while it was being released on here one chapter at a time.)

(The global link is something I've been experimenting with. It should send you to the right page on your local Amazon marketplace.)

There are a number of changes to the manuscript in comparison to the version featured on Patreon, mainly centered around the last couple of chapters. For one thing, the Red Oracle and the Blue Oracle were edited out in favor of two different characters from the Fateweaver Society. Theo also got a new item called a Spell Mirror (really it's the mirror he and his kids dug up in the beginning of the story, I just moved up the time they gave it to Theo so that it happened in this book before the confrontation with Taka. There were quite a few other changes, but overall I expect patreon readers should be able to follow book 5 even without reading the official release.

What I'm doing now:

First off, we're finishing of the Sam and Dean short story. I finished drafting it a few weeks ago, but I'm still editing it as I upload it. In the background, I'm working on the outline for Spellheart 5. I'm pretty confident with what I have at this point, and I might do a full-length post about exactly how this early part of my process works if anyone is interested. I expect to be able to start uploading Spellheart 5 chapters around the time the Sam and Dean short story is finished, depending on how writing the first few chapters go. I'd like to be at least 2 chapters ahead before I start uploading, since that helps me streamline the upload times.

Thanks for supporting me through this journey!

Yeah I like how the back cover turned out especially! Unfortunately we're unlikely to see it until I finally get the paperbacks together, but soon! I'm still trying to find a way to print them cheaper.
