He has no arms!

Someone on twitter reminded me of his existence.

I used to play with him so much as a young. Like!! I'd start a fresh file in SM64, then I'd get 15 stars just to run down into the basement and find him.
I liked to pick him up and put him down everywhere, including the place where the water level is higher than his head.
