Oh boy, this one is great. This one is so great. I'm sorry to brag, but these fields are really, really satisfying to see turn out so nicely. I'm so happy, because I was afraid they'd be awful, but they turned out great, and noone can ever change my mind.

This week's map is sure to be a favorite for those who want to believe - some unseen force has impressed a series of circles and pathways into a poor farmer's wheat crop. What's worse, they might still be present.

Alternatively, it might be an annual festival's ritual, or just something that naturally occurs around the standing stones here. Or maybe there's no circles at all, because this map features:

  • On the Supporter-tier side, you get crop circles with or without alien ships, with or without a cloaking device, and with or without daylight! You also get an empty field edit, and a series of standing stones that a prankster must've moved into the field - or perhaps the field was just planted around them.
  • On the Enthusiast-tier side, you get evening (honestly my favorite time of day, because I get an excuse to use brilliant orange and purple colors) and rain variants for all of the above, plus a special glowy celtic-inspired ritualistic effect for the standing stones!

Benefactors, in addition to a pile of assorted tokens and the raw files, get a UFO boss, which was originally intended to be separate from the map until I came up with the landed UFO idea.

It's actually a pity that only the evening map can have that orange glow, because the yellow of the fields during daylight hours really can't compete. It's too beautiful. I gotta fix that somehow.

The map is a whopping 30 by 30 tiles, at 100ppi, bloating the size of the Enthusiast archive to a total of 150mb. Someday, I'll have the time to do a 30 by 50 map or something crazy and massive like that, only to find out that the archives are too big for Patreon to accept, and I'll be sad. Oh well. Free maps this week have both the empty crop circles and the cloaked UFO in the largest circle - partially because I'm nice, and partially because I want to show off. Enjoy it, thank you, and have a good week.
